In its 20-year history Moldes Barcelona has manufactured approximately 1,000 moulds, many of them for complex projects requiring state-of-the-art technology.
We are experts in moulds for injection, moulding and compression as well as die prototypes in aluminium and steel up to a maximum weight of 16 tons.
The projects are subject to exhaustive study in our technical department.
Built with the most suitable materials to obtain the planned objectives using the most advanced technology and optimising the work parameters, we achieve the precision and reliability which are requested from us, improving the results and profitability for our customers.
When it is imperative that mould construction must start in order that "build or launch" dates are achieved, but the final moulding concept is unclear, we co-operate fully with our customers in the desing and development to ensure the complete harmonization of moulding desing and tool construction so that they continue to achieve the product the customer want and to target dates set.
Our manufacturing programme includes injection, blowing and compression tools up to a maximum weight of 16 tons.
Prototype tools in various materials, such as aluminium, die-cast, etc. are also part of this programme.
