We have obtained our Quality Certificate in the ISO 9001 standard for "Design, construction, modification and maintenance of serial and prototype moulds for thermoplastic injection and blowing, and light alloy die-casting".

 Apart from conventional measuring tools, Moldes Barcelona also has a portable 3D digitizing arm for:

1.     Inspecting parts.

2.     Final adjustments after mould testing (optimizing).

3.     Reverse-engineering parts and components.

The 3D arm saves time and costs.

After checking critical zones we ensure the quality and effectiveness of all our moulds.
The arm can measure, inspect and perform reverse-engineering or comparisons with CAD models on parts, machine tools and assemblies with unprecedented accuracy.
